What is an energy treatment?
  • A form of healing that accesses healing energy to balance and integrate the physical, emotional,   mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. 
  • It helps to alleviate pain. 
  • It helps to release emotional and mental blockages. 
  • It releases underlying causes to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual difficulties. 
  • This healing energy moves through the practitioner to the client who feels a great sense of peace and well-being.
  • Healing energy works on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
     
    What happens during a treatment?  What does it look like?
    You lie comfortably on a massage table fully clothed surrounded by sounds of water and quiet music.  I lightly place my hands on your abdomen, your head, your neck and your heart.  You turn over and then I treat your back.  During a treatment you may feel tingling, warmth, muscle releases, or vibrations.  Some people see colors while their eyes are closed.  Others report images that may come to them.  All of those experiences are evidence of you receiving healing energy.
     

     
    How do I know when to receive an energy treatment?:
    • Whenever you just don't feel right...you know the feeling of just being on edge.
    • Whenever you experience any physical pain. 
    • Whenever you have a situation that you can't seem to resolve. 
    • When you need to relax. 
    • Whenever....As a regular routine to maintain balance and peace in your life 
     
    Great News about energetic healing:
    The beauty of energetic healing is that it works at the causal level of our discomfort; for all pain and imbalance originates in our energy fields and is directly impacted by our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.  When you receive a treatment, several things can happen.  You can experience dramatic pain relief, you can gain insight into the source of the pain or you can experience release of long held patterns.   
     It really is that simple. 
     

     

    Many of us have heard about the various energy meridiens in the body and the chakra centers that hold our energetic patterns. In treatment, these energy centers can be accessed using healing energy and can stimulate powerful transformation in one's life.  Massage therapists know that the "muscle tension" we hold represents the ways in which we hold the experiences of our lives.  Energy healing has proven to be one of the best ways to release these held patterns and open up channels for growth.  I have personally experienced the healing power of energy work in relieving nerve trauma, stomach disorder, and unhealthy patterns of thinking.  Personally, I find the most effective tools for growth come from combining energy healing with life coaching sessions to not only release the energy patterns but to also learn from how I hold and use my energy to either further my desires or impede them.

Treatment Modalities:
 
  • Physical Treatment:a hands-on treatment done in my work space focused solely on treating the body.  I place my minds lightly over your body treating the abdomen, head, neck, chest, back and mind.  Benefits include: relief from chronic pain, relaxation, and heightened sense of well-being.
  • Distant Treatment:  Don't live near me?  It doesn't matter.  I can meet with you by phone to treat your pain and/or to use energy in conjunction with a phone coaching session.
  • Special Treatments for mental and emotional well-being:  (either in person or over the phone)  These treatments are designed to bring well-being to your mental and emotional state only.  If you're have a particularly challening time, these treatments can reduce anxiety, bring clarity and peace of mind.

  • Physical Treatment in my home (60-90 minutes):  $75.00
  • Distant Treatment (30 minutes):  $40.00
  • Special Treatment (30 minutes): $40.00
